Statement of Purpose:

To preserve, collect and display aviation artifacts pertaining to Liberal, aviation history, and Kansas.

Highlights:

The Mid America Air Museum is the fifth largest general aviation air museum in the US with 100+ aircraft, a hands-on science center, theater, gift shop and an annual air show. New exhibits include "Supersonic Flight" - May 1998 and "Eight Generations of Flight" July 1998. Collection includes Bombers, Trainers, Experimental aircraft, and Kansas Made Aircraft.
