Statement of Purpose:

The View From Here: Landscapes from the Collection.
American Portraits: works by Katz, Neel, Sherman, Soyer, Warhol and others.

Highlights & Collections:

The Art Museum's arboretum hosts 18 marble copies of portrait busts of Roman Caesars and a full-length copy of Augustus of Prima Porta.

Visitors can stroll the historic grounds and see changing exhibitions inside the museum.

Open daily from June 1 – Sept 15 (11-5 daily, 1-5 Sunday);
off-season Closed Tue/Wed, Open Mon, Thu-Sat 11-5, Sun 1-5.

Directions

By car:
From New York City, take the Long Island Expressway east to Exit 70 (Manorville Road – Route 111). Turn right and go approximately 4-1/2 miles to Route 27 East. Continue on Route 27 East into Southampton. Turn right at North Sea Road (there is a 7-11 store in the corner). North Sea Road becomes Main Street. At the fifth traffic light, make a right from Main Street onto Job’s Lane. the Museum is the second building on the right. Parking is in the municipal parking lot to the rear of the Museum.

Public Transportation
The Long Island Railroad, and Hampton Jitney offer regularly scheduled service from Manhattan to Southampton.
