Rescue and rehabilitation of wildlife and exotics.
The protection of unwanted, sick, injured, abused and abandoned wildlife. Over 200 of these animals are display in spacious surroundings in the heart of the New Jersey Pine Barrens.
Among the many attractions to Popcorn Park are a mighty African elephant, beautiful Bengal and Siberian tigers, regal African lions, mountain lions, and American black bears, all housed in large and comfortable compounds.
Numerous speices of monkeys, a llama, red, grey and silver foxes, and Angus bull, macaws, white-tailed deer and more attest to the diversity of animals that have been in need of help and h ave found refuge in Popcorn Park Zoo. Our impressive collection of animals have all come to us sick, unwanted, injured, abandonded or abused. A visit to Popcorn Park Zoo is not only an educational and recreational activity, it shows the true side of what human compassion can create.
