Set on a lush Lake Austin peninsula, this 1915 Italianate villa was once home to Clara Driscoll, the savior of the Alamo, and her husband Henry (Hal) Sevier. Outside they can stroll the 12-acre grounds, including the recently restored historic gardens, and view outdoor sculpture. The beloved site is listed on city, state, and national registries of historic places and is an official project of Save America's Treasures.
