The Taliesin Preservation Commission, Inc. directs preservation efforts on the Taliesin estate, manages educational outreach and tour programs, and operates the Frank Lloyd Wright Visitor Center.

The Frank Lloyd Wright visitor center is open daily May through October, 8:30 am-5:30 pm. Open 10 am-4 pm in April, November and weekends in December.
Taliesin is located near Spring Green, Wisconsin, 45 minutes
west of Madison, 3.5 hours from
Chicago, 4.5 hours from Minneapolis. The
Frank Lloyd Wright visitor Center is located on the
Wisconsin River at the
intersection of Hwy. 23 and Cty. C.

Tour Frank LLoyd Wright's
magnificent and beloved home, Taliesin. See and learn about the famous Hillside
Home School, with its spacious drafting studio, intimate theater and impressive
gallery of designs. Enjoy an exhilarating view of the entire estate on a walking
tour. Whether viewed from inside or out, the panoramic sweep of acreage known
collectively as Taliesin captures the spirit of Frank Lloyd Wright as no other
site does. This National Historic Landmark features structures from seven
decades of Wright’s career. Thanks to careful preservation efforts, visitors can
still experience the relationship that Wright created between architecture and
nature.
Your choice of tours...
Choose from seven tours that capture
the many perpestives of Taliesin. The three main tours take you through Hillside
Studio and Theater, on a Walking Tour of the grounds, or through the House.
In-depth tours let you explore ongoing preservation or view Wright’s work
through your own camera lens.
Enjoy refreshments, conversation and an intimate look at Wright's home and gardens on the Tea Circle Tour. For the ultimate Taliesin experience, take the all-inclusive, four-hour Estate Tour. Prices range from the $8 Hillside Tour to the $50 Estate Tour. Regardless of which tour you choose, you will enjoy this truly remarkable work of a lifetime.
Where to Start
Designed by Wright, the Visitor Center is
the gateway to Taliesin. Features ticket sales, Taliesin® Bookstore, Riverview
Terrace Cafe, special events and exhibits. All tours originate from the Visitor
Center.

Reservations
All tours have limited capacity and some require
reservations. Tickets for the Hillside and Walking Tours are sold on the day of
tour only.
Footwear
Comfortable shoes are essential; tours involve
walking, standing and some stairs.

tours.
Discounts
Taliesin Members receive tour privileges and 10%
off Bookstore merchandise. Children under 12 receive discount admission on
Hillside and Walking Tours. Seniors over 62 and students with ID receive
discount admission on House Tour every Tuesday and Thursday. $5 discount for
full priced House Tours in May.

Walking Tour
Highlights the landscape and exteriors of all

Features Wright’s private residence,
studio and courtyard garden with a narrated drive through the entire
estate.
Taliesin® Estate Tour
Combines the house and other sites in
an all inclusive tour. Refreshments served.
Tea Circle Wednesdays
An intimate look at the house with
conversation and refreshments in the Tea Circle.
