The eyes of the international art world will be on Chicago for Thomas Blackman Associates' presentation of Art Chicago.

This annual art exposition features the works of more than 2,000 contemporary artists showcased by more than 200 galleries from around the world. Art Chicago is America's most comprehensive compilation of modern and contemporary works and includes a variety of artistic styles and media from painting, sculpture, photography and printmaking to drawing, video, installation and mixed media. This international contemporary art fair utilizes the 165,000 square feet of exhibition space in historic Navy Pier's Festival Hall, 600 E. Grand Ave.

Art Chicago welcomes art enthusiasts, private collectors, museums and foundation curators from around the world to Chicago for this four-day exposition. Highlights of the show include the display of works of such renowned 20th century artists as Willem de Kooning, David Hockney, Andy Warhol, Jeff Koons, Louise Bourgeois and Joseph Beuys as well as a chance to get a glance at the up and coming artists of today. With prices ranging from $200 for limited edition prints to several million for a single piece of work, Art Chicago 2000 offers works for new and experienced collectors alike.
